All sessions are available for booking online or by phone. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.

While walk-ins are welcome based on availability, we recommend booking your preferred time slot in advance, especially for Active Training sessions which have limited capacity.

What should I bring?

Please bring your swimwear and a change of clothes. We provide towels, lockers, and basic amenities. For Active Training, all equipment is supplied.

Are the facilities suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Our pool depth varies from shallow to deep areas, and our instructors are experienced in working with all skill levels. Non-swimmers are welcome in Relaxation Sessions in shallow areas.

Can I try a session before committing?

Yes, we offer single-visit pricing for all experiences so you can try different options before deciding on a membership or package that suits your needs.
